At Sweaty Mama Cambridge, there are three class options. First is a lively session where you exercise with your baby, toddler, or pre-schooler – a perfect bonding time with great music and movements you both will love.

The second type is a female-only workout, suitable for all fitness levels. It's about building strength, having a laugh, and burning fat in a seriously fun way.

Third, there are low-impact classes tailored for pre and postnatal women, focusing on posture, toning, and relaxation – a perfect 'Me Time' session for any woman.

Tatiana also offers a varied 30-minute workout at Sweaty Gym for all women, whether you're exercising with your little one or even with a baby bump.

With two trained instructors, Sweaty Mama Cambridge ensures you and your child are taken care of during these engaging and effective sessions – no need for childcare!

They take pride in helping you become healthier, stronger, and more flexible, alongside like-minded mamas and babies.
