Swimnation offers a variety of swimming lessons to cater to different age groups and skill levels. Children can participate in either group lessons or individual lessons, with the option to work through the Swimming Teacher's Association (STA) International Learn to Swim series. Group lessons are limited to a maximum of 8 children, ensuring personalised attention and effective learning. Beginners' classes have two teachers in the water, while experienced swimmers have one teacher.
In addition to children's lessons, Swimnation also offers parent and toddler swimming lessons. These classes provide an opportunity for one-on-one bonding time between parents and children, starting from 3 months of age. The lessons focus on building water confidence and developing natural swimming skills. Each parent and toddler swimming class consists of no more than 6 participants, ensuring a supportive and responsive learning environment.
All swimming teachers at Swimnation are qualified and DBS cleared by either the Swimming Teacher's Association (STA) or the Amateur Swimming Association (ASA). The pool itself measures 10m × 5m, with a depth of 1. 175m throughout. The facility also includes fully equipped male and female changing rooms, as well as a spacious viewing area with comfortable seating for parents to watch and relax while their children are swimming.
