Founded in Porirua, New Zealand, we have been dedicated to providing high-quality dance education since 2023.

Our team of experienced and passionate teachers are committed to helping our students unlock their potential and achieve their goals. With diverse backgrounds in dance, gymnastics, and acrobatics, our teachers bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every class. At SWPT, we offer a range of classes for dancers of all ages and skill levels. Our Acro Dance classes are at the core of our curriculum, combining elements of gymnastics, ballet, jazz, and more. Students will learn to master intricate balances, fluid movements, and breathtaking tumbling skills. Through progressive training and personalised feedback, our teachers guide students to develop their flexibility, strength, and technique.

In addition to Acro Dance, we also offer technique classes to enhance our dancers' skills. These classes focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and refining dance technique. Whether it's ballet, jazz, or contemporary, our technique classes provide a well-rounded dance education that complements our Acro Dance training.

SWPT is proud to follow the Acrobatic Arts syllabus, which is internationally recognised for its comprehensive and safe approach. Developed in Canada with input from Cirque du Soleil, physiotherapists, and dance experts, this syllabus ensures that our students receive the highest standard of education. It emphasises injury prevention, proper technique, and artistic expression, setting our dancers up for success in their dance journey.

Located at 22 Hartham Place North in Porirua, our state-of-the-art facility features spacious dance studios equipped with the latest technology and safety equipment. We maintain a clean and welcoming environment to ensure the comfort and safety of our students.
