About
Starting from Saturday 16th September 2023, more time is being added to the Taekwondo classes at Garstang Taekwondo, a local Mixed Martial Arts club. To cater to the growing demand, a new Friday evening class will also be introduced. Good news for all enthusiasts out there!
Here are the updated start times for each class:
- On Monday, the class runs from 6.30pm to 7.45pm. This session is suitable for beginners to black belts, so everyone is welcome!
- Tuesdays offer a Tiny Titans session for 4-7-year-olds from 6.00pm to 6.30pm, followed by a class for beginners to black belts from 6.45pm to 8.00pm.
- Wednesdays are all about competition and sparring, with the class running from 6.45pm to 8.15pm.
- Thursdays offer another class suitable for beginners to black belts, from 6.45pm to 8.00pm.
- The Tiny Titans session for 4-7-year-olds is back on Fridays, starting at 6.00pm. After that, beginners to black belts can join the class from 6.45pm to 8.00pm.
- Saturdays start with a class from 9.45am to 11.00am, followed by an extended colour/black belt session from 11.00am to 11.30am. This session is held every third week.
Exciting news! From Monday, there will be a slight amendment to the class schedule. Be sure to take note of the updated timings:
- On Mondays, the full Taekwondo class will now start at 6.30pm and end at 7.30pm.
- Tuesdays will have a Tiny Titans session from 6.15pm to 6.45pm, followed by a full Taekwondo class from 7.00pm to 8.00pm.
- Wednesdays will have a sparring and competition training session from 7.00pm to 8.00pm. Please keep in mind that this is a summer reduction.
- Thursdays will continue with the full Taekwondo class from 7.00pm to 8.00pm.
- Fridays will maintain the Tiny Titans session from 6.00pm to 6.30pm, with the full Taekwondo class recommencing at 6.45pm to 7.45pm in September 2023 (more details to follow).
- Saturdays will have a full Taekwondo class from 10.00am to 11.00am, and an extended session exclusively for blue belts and above from 11.00am to 11.30am.
