Taekwondo Manawatu runs taekwondo classes for kids, teens, adults, and parents training alongside their children in Palmerston North. Sessions take place at the Whakarongo Community Hall on the corner of Napier Rd and Stoney Creek Rd. Little Tigers (ages 5 to 12) focuses on movement, structure and fun using games and Taekwondo-specific activities, while Adult classes cover fundamental techniques, physical conditioning, sparring and self-discipline.
