Train in hapkido self-defence at Taibeet Hapkido Self-Defence Academy in Singapore. This martial arts program covers long-range and short-range defence including kicks, blocks, punches, strikes, joint locks, throws and break falls. Students also practice defence drills, weapons-style techniques using everyday objects, and sparring in a friendly and safe environment. Each 75 to 90 minute session builds cardio, strength and mobility, with breathing and meditation to help calm the mind.
