Tai Chi Journey Vaughan

Journey Vaughan is committed to providing a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals of all levels to explore and deepen their tai chi practice. Led by Senior Instructor Patrick Leung, who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in martial arts, our classes focus on the health benefits of tai chi and its holistic approach to well-being.

With locations in Vaughan, Thornhill, Mississauga, the Danforth/Beaches area in Toronto, and Durham Region, members have the flexibility to attend classes at any of our clubs. In addition to in-person classes, we offer virtual courses through our Zoom series, allowing individuals to continue their practice from the comfort of their own homes.

Tai Chi Journey Vaughan-Thornhill is a registered Not-For-Profit corporation that not only provides tai chi and Qi Gong classes, but also offers community services to retirement homes, recovery programs to organizations such as the Brain Injury Association of York Region and Jugnoo Initiative for cancer recovery.

Our programs cater to individuals of all levels, from beginners with no prior experience to those with more advanced skills. Classes focus on stress reduction, balance, flexibility, and revitalization through the practice of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. With a range of class times and locations, individuals can find a schedule that best fits their needs.

New members are welcomed with a membership fee that includes access to all in-person classes, Zoom series programs, and the ability to visit other Tai Chi Journey club locations. The focus on internal aspects and mindfulness in our Zoom programs complements the progressive form training in our in-person classes, providing a comprehensive approach to holistic wellness.
