You will join Tai Chi classes focused on gentle flowing movements, tailored to beginner levels. There is also a special interest in Tai Chi weapon forms including sword, staff and fan.
Classes are held at Unit 12 64/66 Kent St, Cannington. Sessions run Mondays at 9.30am and 5.30pm, Wednesdays at 6pm, and Thursdays at 9.30am.
