Led by the passionate and experienced yoga instructor, Danielle, Takara Yoga provides a variety of yoga classes, seasonal series, and wellness programmes. The studio specialises in Seasonal Hatha Yoga, incorporating practises such as Zen Do-In and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) 5 elements. The philosophy at Takara Yoga is centred around being your authentic self, with the belief that true bliss can only be achieved when we are in alignment with our true nature.
One of the highlights at Takara Yoga is their Summer Series, a comprehensive 6-week programme that focuses on yoga therapy for the heart and small intestine. Participants can expect improved circulation, open communication, and tension release as they tap into the powerful energy of summer. The programme includes a weekly in-person session, or live stream via Zoom for those who prefer it, as well as recorded classes and resources such as nourishing recipes and a summer ebook.
The studio also hosts special events throughout the year, such as the Midsummer Reset – Yoga for the Heart & Digestion, which offers a rejuvenating start to the new year. Participants can expect to feel grounded, clear, and open-hearted after this transformative experience.
