One of the highlights here is SUP Yoga, which combines yoga with stand-up paddleboarding. It's a fantastic way to connect with nature while getting a full-body workout. SUP Yoga classes run throughout the year as long as the weather and tides allow, and you can join in on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Group and one-to-one sessions are available based on your preference.
If you struggle with lower back pain or poor posture, Enrico also offers a special “Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs and Posture” course. This course is tailored for anyone looking to manage or improve their back condition. It’s especially helpful for those dealing with stress, emotional factors, or injuries that limit their activity.
