Claire's love for dance and ballet began at a young age in Hong Kong, where she attended the Royal Academy of Dance Summer School and performed in various shows. Her training continued at Tring Park School of Performing Arts and London Studio Centre, where she received her BA Hons Degree in Theatre Dance. Claire has performed professionally, including at Shakespeare's Globe Theatre and on tour with the English Touring Company.
In addition to her stage career, Claire has a passion for teaching and has taught toddler classes, dance, LAMDA speech&drama, and musical theatre in selected secondary schools and privately in central London. Her experience also includes teaching little ones in after-school clubs in Dubai.
Now based in Fleet, Claire is excited to bring Tappy Toes to the local community. With her own two children, Theo and Alana, Claire understands the importance of early exposure to music and movement. She aims to create a warm and inclusive environment where children can develop their coordination, confidence, and creativity through dance.
