Association Croquet, also known as Classic Croquet, is perfect for those who enjoy strategic gameplay. If you prefer something simpler but just as engaging, Golf Croquet offers a straightforward, fun format with alternate shot play.
Croquet is accessible to everyone, regardless of physical ability. Many club members come from sports like golf, bowls, and tennis, seeking a new way to enjoy competition without the intense physical demands. It's all about technique, strategy, and accuracy.
At the Taupo Croquet Club, you'll find an outdoor setting and an inviting atmosphere. The club offers coaching sessions and equipment for newcomers. Ready to give it a go? Enjoy three free visits and get an intro from experienced players. Prefer a one-on-one session? The club has you covered with personalised coaching outside regular playing times.
Join in any of the Golf Croquet sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays, or try Association Croquet on Wednesdays and Saturdays. There's also Sunday afternoon Golf Croquet all year round. Arrive 15 minutes early to get set up.
