Tauranga Windsports Inc, also known as the TWI Club, supports windsurfing and foil-based windsports in Tauranga. The club focuses on windsurfing, foiling and wing foiling, and runs informal events including the annual Tauranga Harbour Jam. Volunteers from the club run free Learn to Windsurf days from Kulim Park Boat Shed in summer, and there is a Tauranga Windsurf Cadets programme for school-age participants. It suits people who want to try windsports with a local community.
