Team Fulinkazan Martial Arts Academy - BJJ/Submission Grappling/Kickboxing/Kudo

Hey Team,

Tim here, just wanted to drop you all a quick note about what we have going on at Team Fulinkazan. Our main focus is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). It’s a grappling-based martial art that's all about ground fighting and submission holds. It's great for self-defence and has really become popular lately.

But that's not all we do. We also offer Nogi Grappling, Kickboxing, and Kudo (Japanese MMA). Nogi Grappling is like BJJ but without the traditional uniform – it's more fluid and realistic. Kickboxing involves punches, kicks and knee strikes, while Kudo mixes striking, grappling, and submissions for a balanced fighting style.

Our experienced instructors, Marie and Mark Spencer, lead the charge here. Mark has over 20 years in martial arts, with black belts in BJJ, Kickboxing, and Kudo. He’s trained top athletes across various disciplines. Marie, on the other hand, is a purple belt in BJJ, an 8th KYU in Kudo, and a green belt in Kickboxing. She’s competed in amateur MMA and has coached Team England MMA Youth athletes.

We pride ourselves on thorough coaching that covers techniques, physical conditioning, and mental toughness. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced martial artist, we provide a supportive environment to help you hit your goals.
