The term programme is divided into age-specific groups to ensure a tailored approach to each player's needs. Our coaches prioritise the development of touch, passing, communication, and accuracy, while also fostering a love for the game. The sessions are structured and engaging, with purposeful activities and drills that are age-appropriate and challenge the players to improve their skills.

In addition to the technical aspects of the game, our programme emphasises important values such as respect, patience, and listening. We believe that these qualities are essential not only on the field but also in life. We have zero tolerance for any disrespectful comments, actions, or behaviours and expect our players to demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times.

Technica Football is committed to providing the highest level of coaching to our players. All our coaches possess Working With Children Check (WWCC), First Aid Certifications, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection Training. Our head coach, Mackenzie Dunn, has a wealth of experience in the sporting education industry, with a focus on football coaching. He brings his passion and expertise to every session, inspiring players to reach their full potential.

In addition to our term programme, we also offer primary school and holiday camp programmes. These programmes provide additional opportunities for players to further develop their skills and enhance their love for the game. Our coaching staff, including Coach Daniel Walsh and Coach Najeeb Farooqi, are experienced in working with different age groups and are dedicated to creating a positive and supportive environment for all players.
