Looking for some fun and exciting line dancing in Barnet? Look no further! Texan Dudes Linedancing, led by the fantastic Mick and Lavinia Shann, has just what you need. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer, you'll love their classes and the laid-back vibe.
Mick and Lavinia are top-notch instructors with impressive credentials from the International Dance Teachers Association and the British Western Dance Association. With their expert guidance, you're in for a great time and some excellent dance moves.
You can catch their classes throughout the week. On Mondays, head to Woodside Park Club Southover (N12 7JG) for sessions tailored to different skill levels. Beginners from 8-9.30pm and improvers/advanced from 7-8pm and 8-9.45pm. Need a morning boost? Try the Tuesday class at Brookside Methodist Hall from 10am to 11.30am.
Expect a fantastic variety of music, from Country and Western to Latin, Irish, and pop, making each session a blast. Plus, they organise exciting events and weekends away since 1995, packed with workshops, themed dances, live entertainment, and more in places like Torquay, Margate, Eastbourne, and Bournemouth.
And if that wasn't enough, they've even caught the BBC's eye, featuring on the comedy programme Mandy. So, you're not just joining any dance school; you're stepping into a place recognised for its talent.
