About

Despite how your life has been disrupted, you don’t have to press pause on your health.  Unfortunately, when we stop moving our health begins to decline and it leads to some pretty serious aches & pains. Chances are, you've already started to notice some.   But, we've got your back.

Sick and tired of shoulder pain holding you back from doing the things you love? MTP's tried and tested shoulder programs will help you bulletproof your shoulders so you can regain your function and control in the comfort of your own home!

Our online programs are a great way to stay active and continue, even in these difficult times, to make progress with your health and improve the way you move, no matter what your starting point might be, from pain through to performance.

Level 1 - FOUNDATIONS: You experience discomfort in your body day to day. Pain is a frequent experience in a lot of activities & you simply feel weak in your body.

Accessing Your Program

Please note that the actual program is hosted on a separate platform to PlaySport. As such once registering through PlaySport, a link containing the details of how to access your program will be sent to your email address.
