About

The Foundry Boxing Club runs boxing classes in Auckland for adults and youth at every stage. Get fit with 45 minute Boxfit sessions using boxing bag work plus bodyweight and weighted exercise. Build technique in Boxing Fundamentals, Pad Tech and Boxing Basics Intro, with partner drills, pads and bag work. Strength and conditioning happens in Ironworks circuit classes. Youth Boxing develops confidence and discipline, and Foundry Fighters is for training alongside competitive boxers.
