About
The GARAGEATHLETE Games is back for another exciting virtual competition this August. From the 23rd to the 25th, athletes will test their skills on the RowErg, SkiErg, and BikeErg machines in a series of challenging events. With multiple scoring opportunities available, participants can aim for the top spot by giving it their all each day.
Athletes should set aside around 60 to 90 minutes daily to complete the events, including some time for recovery. If needed, splitting up the tasks throughout the day can help maintain performance levels. New users of the MultiErg mode on ErgZone should definitely do some test attempts to get the hang of things before diving into the competition.
Prizes are up for grabs, with the overall winners taking home cash rewards in CAD currency. First place receives $250, second place gets $150, and third place wins $50. Age group winners will also be recognised. To qualify for prizes, athletes must complete all events within the specified deadlines based on their age group as per the Concept2 Logbook.
