The Northshore Structural Integration Pilates Club in Sydney is excited to promote a local Pilates event. This event will showcase the Treatment Anatomy Trains Structural Integration (A.T.S.I), a twelve-part treatment protocol that targets specific anatomical lines or 'trains'. It's a systematic approach that has proven to be highly effective in providing long-lasting results.
For those interested in participating, the protocol consists of 12 visits. The initial four treatments focus on the superficial tissues and prepare for deeper work in subsequent sessions. It's recommended to complete the entire course to fully benefit from the ATSI treatments. However, for those with time constraints, a three-series protocol can still deliver results, although with less detail.
If time is an issue, some individuals may choose to repeat the three-series at a later date to address any remaining issues. It's important to have a gap of seven to ten days between treatments to allow the body to adjust and the central nervous system to adapt to the changes.
Each treatment starts with an assessment, where participants are required to be in undergarments or shorts. Based on the assessment, a tailored treatment plan will be created to address the specific needs of that session. Our skilled practitioners apply appropriate hands-on pressure and utilise slow gliding techniques to target the specific anatomical line. Simple body movements may also be incorporated, and our practitioners will guide you through them. Regular progress assessments are done in a standing posture to track your development.
