As a 24/7 facility, we understand that everyone has different schedules and commitments. That's why we provide our members with round-the-clock access, so you can work out at a time that best suits you. Our staffed hours are from 8:00AM to 11:00AM and 3:00PM to 7:00PM on weekdays, while on weekends, we offer 24-hour access only.
