They have classes available on Monday to Friday from 5:15 am to 6 am, 9:15 am to 10 am, and 6:15 pm to 7 pm. On Saturdays, classes are held from 7 am to 7:45 am and 8 am to 8:45 am. The centre is closed on Sundays.
