Ashling Smith Ashling has always been passionate about health and fitness, leading her to study Exercise Science at the University of Limerick. She has experience working in various gyms and brings her knowledge of nutrition and exercise programming to The Fitness Academy. Ashling is dedicated to helping members improve their flexibility, strength, and conditioning in a fun and supportive environment.
At The Fitness Academy, our approach to fitness is based on a three-layered system of training that addresses flexibility, strength, and conditioning.
