Welcome to The Green Room, a premier Pilates studio and sports club located in Wakefield. Offering a unique and tranquil environment, our studio is dedicated to delivering the truest form of Pilates to the North of England, following the original teachings of Joseph H. Pilates.
Our home studio provides a warm and inviting space where clients of all abilities can practise Pilates and experience its many benefits. Unlike traditional gyms, we do not require costly membership fees. Instead, clients can book blocks of up to 10 sessions and attend at their own convenience within their allotted time.
