Our fully equipped gym features Technogym cardiovascular and strength machines, including treadmills, cross trainers, wave machines, rowing machines, and more. We also have a Kinesis studio, offering zero-impact exercises that are ideal for individuals seeking to improve their balance, strength, or flexibility.

At The Health Club, we offer a variety of fitness classes, including Spin, Stretch & Flex, Aqua, and HIIT. We are proud to be home to Ireland's first Speedflex Studio, offering sessions that are trainer-led and heart rate monitored to ensure optimal results without post-exercise pain.

In addition to our state-of-the-art fitness facilities, we also have leisure amenities that include a large indoor swimming pool with lane facilities and a children's pool, as well as a heated outdoor Hydrotherapy pool overlooking the River Lee. The Hydrotherapy pool is designed to promote relaxation and healing, using water temperature, jets, and other features to ease muscle tension.
