Located in Stonefields, The HIIT Crew is all about high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with a mix of bodyweight exercises, machines, boxing, core work, and strength training. As soon as you step in, Dan Kirkpatrick and his team will greet you with a big smile. They’ve built one of the friendliest gym communities in Auckland. Here, it’s all about teamwork and making new mates while smashing your fitness goals.
Dan, a former pro rugby player, set up The HIIT Crew in 2019. Drawing from his rugby career, he wanted to create a gym that not only makes you stronger but also boosts your confidence. Together with trainer Shaun Bonner, who brings his own flair from a wrestling background, they’re all set to guide you through your fitness journey.
The facilities are top-notch, with clean and well-maintained gear. They’re serious about providing a safe workout environment, so everything gets a wipe down after each use, and the place is cleaned every night.
