The light practice

The Light Practise is a unique Yoga studio located in Moorabbin, Victoria, Australia. Founded in 2021 by Prue Barnes and Elisa Silbert, the studio aims to revolutionise the coming together of Ancient Practises of Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork with the latest advances in Nervous System Regulation, Somatic Therapy, and Sensory Immersion.

As soon as you enter The Light Practise, you are enveloped in a serene and sensory cocoon. The studio offers a range of classes that incorporate a one-of-a-kind mix of sensory effects, including colour, light, sound, and movement. Some classes and practises you can experience at The Light Practise include Yoga, Gong Baths, Somatic Experiencing, Chromotherapy, Feminine Embodiment, Breathwork, Sound Healing, Meditation, Mantra, Movement, and Nervous System support.

The Light Practise provides a space for individuals to connect, embrace intention, openness, curiosity, bravery, and gentleness. Joining their community allows you to experience a profound shift in your state of being, helping you to cultivate a sense of well-being and inner transformation.

In addition to the unique classes and practises, The Light Practise also offers Yoga Teacher Training for those who are ready to awaken differently. This path is designed for individuals who are ready to deepen their understanding of Yoga and become certified teachers. The next training session begins in March 2024.

For those new to The Light Practise, they recommend starting with their intro offer. With this offer, you can enjoy two weeks of unlimited classes for $60, providing you with the opportunity to explore their various offerings and find what resonates with you.

If you're ready to dive deeper, The Light Practise offers memberships that provide unlimited access to their classes. The membership fee is $49 per week, giving you the flexibility to attend as many classes as you'd like at the Moorabbin or Richmond studio.

If you prefer a more flexible option, The Light Practise offers passes, packs, and combo memberships. This allows you to choose the option that best suits your needs, whether you want to attend classes at one studio or both the Moorabbin and Richmond locations.

Offering flexibility beyond in-person classes, The Light Practise also provides an online class portal. This allows you to immerse yourself in a beautiful blend of practises and rituals from the comfort of your own home, making a home practise your reality.

The Light Practise has two studio locations. The Moorabbin studio is situated at 11 Cochranes Road, Moorabbin, VIC 3189, and the Richmond studio is located on Level 1, 97 Swan Street, Richmond, VIC 3121.
