Currently, he's also working towards a certification in Pre-Script Gut Health. His expertise covers a wide range of areas: fat loss, muscle size and strength, post-clinical rehab, powerlifting, sports performance, confidence building, and behaviour change.

This initial conversation helps both Mark and the client to establish a plan of action and ask any necessary questions. Clients can opt for in-person or online training, both of which provide comprehensive support.
