The Mindful Yoga School

The Mindful Yoga School is a yoga studio and meditation centre located in Eudlo, a serene town on the Sunshine Coast of Australia. The studio is dedicated to helping individuals deepen their presence through yoga, mindfulness, and meditation practises. The ultimate goal is to empower people to live with authenticity, purpose, courage, and compassion, and inspire others to do the same.

The studio offers a range of core programmes led by Founder Erin Lee, including Yoga Teacher Training and Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher Training. These programmes provide comprehensive training for those looking to become certified teachers in yoga and meditation. Additionally, the studio offers weekly yoga classes, immersion programmes, retreats, and collaborative events that promote community connexion and overall wellbeing.

One upcoming event that the studio is hosting is the Giving Thanks '23 & Planting Karmic Seeds '24. This event invites participants to express gratitude for the journey of 2023 and set positive intentions for the future year of 2024. With limited availability, this event promises an intimate and heartfelt experience in the beautiful location of Nalanda Masters Garden.

Another noteworthy event is the Big Intentions: Yoga & Book Tour, which is currently being held in multiple cities. Led by Erin Lee, this tour combines yoga practises with insightful readings from her book, The Little Book of Big Intentions. The book serves as a valuable resource for both yoga practitioners and teachers, offering inspirational writings, quotes, yoga pose illustrations, and step-by-step instructions for physical alignment.

For those interested in a transformative experience, the Yoga Teacher Training 200hr programme is a seven-month programme starting in March '24. This programme allows individuals to deepen their yoga and spiritual practise, making a meaningful impact on their personal and professional lives. Early bird enrolment is available for a limited time.

Additionally, the studio offers retreats in beautiful locations such as Byron Bay. The Women's Mindful Yoga Retreat in Byron Bay offers a peaceful and revitalising experience, facilitating connexion with oneself and others. The Mindful Yoga School also pays respect to the traditional owners of the land, the Gubbi Gubbi and Jinibara people.
