“The Movement Core (TMC) is a Pilates studio located in the vibrant suburb of Drummoyne, Australia. With a focus on moving with purpose and happiness, TMC offers a range of Pilates and Movement-based classes to help individuals feel better both physically and mentally. Whether you prefer to attend classes in-person at our beautiful new studio or online from the comfort of your own home, TMC is here to support you on your wellness journey.
At TMC, we understand the importance of finding classes that you genuinely look forward to attending. That's why we offer a variety of group classes to cater to different preferences and fitness levels. Our Group Classes, held in our spacious and well-equipped studio, have a maximum of 14 participants. These classes include Mat Pilates, Cardio Pilates, Suspension Pilates, and more, providing a fun and energetic group atmosphere with personalised attention from our experienced instructors.
For those seeking a more tailored and focused workout, our Reformer Room Classes are perfect. With a maximum of 3 participants, these classes utilise the Reformer and Hypervibe equipment to provide a more personalised and effective workout. Choose from Reformer Pilates or Reform & Refine classes to target specific muscle groups and enhance strength, flexibility, and posture.
When you join The Movement Core, you become a part of our vibrant and supportive community. We believe in creating a space where everyone feels welcome and encouraged, regardless of their fitness level or background. We are always excited to welcome new members and help them achieve their fitness goals.
Located in Drummoyne, our studio offers convenient parking options on Marlborough St and Formosa St car parks, as well as in the surrounding streets. We recommend checking the signage for any parking restrictions to ensure a hassle-free experience. For those using public transportation, bus stops on Lyons Rd and Victoria Rd are nearby.
