Lead instructor and founder, Lynda Barnes, has been teaching Pilates since 2011 when she completed her training with Polestar Australia. With a background in rehabilitation from injury and strength training, Lynda is committed to continuously expanding her knowledge and understanding of the human body and movement. She is currently completing her Level 1 Franklin Method Professional training.
