The Pathways Studio

The Pathways Studio, located near Salford Quays, the Lowry Theatre, MediaCityUK, and Langworthy Metrolink Station, is a versatile and inclusive venue that offers a range of facilities and services. Situated just a short distance from the M602 Motorway and with free parking available, the studio is easily accessible by both car and public transport.

The venue aims to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all individuals, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ability, body type, creed, ethnic or racial background, and class/social-economic background. With this vision in mind, The Pathways Studio strives to provide a safe and inclusive space for everyone who visits.

The studio offers two rooms for hire: a large studio room and a small studio room. The large studio, occupying approximately 67 square metres, is suitable for dance, yoga, martial arts, self-development workshops, and larger events. This spacious room can accommodate up to 36 people for workshops or 120 people theatre-style. It can also comfortably hold 16 massage couches.

The small studio, covering an area of 23 square metres, is perfect for therapies, small meetings, and events. It can also be used as a café or breakout area in conjunction with the large studio. This cosy space can accommodate up to 25 people theatre-style, with a workshop capacity of 12 people. It also has the capacity for two massage couches.

In terms of facilities, The Pathways Studio offers a fully-equipped kitchen with hot/cold water, a fridge, a kettle, and a microwave. Additionally, the venue has been designed with accessibility in mind. It features an accessible toilet with grab rails and panic button, as well as an accessible wet room with a shower and grab rails. All doorways within the studio are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair, and the reception desk in the foyer can be folded down to ensure wheelchair access.

The friendly staff are also committed to providing support for individuals with additional needs.

Additional facilities include two gender-neutral toilets, in addition to the accessible toilet, and the small studio hire fee includes the use of a massage table. If required, additional massage tables can be provided with 48 hours' notice, at a fee of 5 per table.
