The Pilates Studio MK is a modern, well-equipped facility with large Pilates apparatus like the Reformer, Cadillac, and Ladder Barrel, as well as mat-work gear. The studio provides various options, including group classes, one-on-one sessions, duets, and trios.
Caron's dedication to continuous education is evident in the studio's evolution. She has not only extensive training in Pilates and body physiology but also holds degree-level qualifications in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, alongside certification in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) from Oxford University.
Due to this expanded knowledge, The Pilates Studio MK has grown into a Mind-Body Wellness Studio. Caron now offers not just Pilates but also Clinical Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, and MBCT, helping clients lead balanced and healthy lives.
