Not just about the pole, Becky has you covered with off-pole classes like flex and conditioning sessions for all-round fitness. Keen for some one-on-one time? They do private lessons too, perfect for your busy schedule.
Easy to find at Unit 23, Hassocks Wood Business Centre, Stroudley Road, and there’s free parking. You’ll find it between the SDR Strength gym and the Hot Yoga studio, opposite the jewellery spot.
Becky’s team is top-notch, backed by EMDP and PDC. They know their stuff and are ready to help you build strength, master tricky moves, and boost your confidence.
