“The Postnatal PT” is a South Bunbury-based personal trainer that specialises in fitness coaching for women, specifically focusing on postnatal and prenatal fitness. Lisa, the founder and trainer, is a highly experienced Personal Trainer, Pre and Postnatal coach, and Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Lisa's passion lies in helping women of all ages reconnect with their bodies, specifically focusing on core and pelvic floor health. She understands that postnatal means forever and is dedicated to assisting mothers in their fitness journey, regardless of how long ago they had children.

With a holistic approach, Lisa meets her clients wherever they are in their fitness journey and helps them return to the exercise they love. She specialises in healing symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse, abdominal separation, and pelvic pain. Lisa believes that everybody deserves to have a pain-free, strong, and functional body and that exercise should be something that brings joy and compliments one's life.

Lisa values the importance of collaboration and works in partnership with expert Physiotherapists and Nutritionists to ensure her clients receive the best support and guidance throughout their fitness journey. By providing accurate and valuable information about fitness for women, Lisa aims to spread awareness and empower her clients.
