To ensure a seamless experience, The Rocci Tree has implemented a 2-hour weekly class cancellation policy. If a class needs to be cancelled, as long as it is done at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time, the class credit will be automatically returned to the individual's account. However, cancellations made less than 2 hours prior to the class will result in the retention of the class credit by The Rocci Tree.
