She tailors sessions and programmes to meet the individual needs of her clients and advocates for moderation rather than deprivation.

Sam Scalfino, our health and fitness coach, shares the goal of helping clients achieve their best versions of themselves. With a passion for fitness and the positive impact it can have, Sam is motivated to share his knowledge and inspire others to experience the benefits of exercise. He has experience in various training styles and can assist with a range of goals, including weight loss, toning, strength and power, and sport-specific training.

Our studio is designed to create a welcoming and supportive environment. We wanted to create a space that is both inviting and inclusive, making it easy for clients to attend and feel comfortable. Our goal is to foster a community of like-minded individuals who support and motivate each other towards a life full of vitality. We believe that wellness starts here.
