The Wee Yoga Room is a tranquil haven located on Bridge of Allan's bustling high street near Stirling. Founded in October 2014 by Rowena Morris, The Wee Yoga Room specialises in Ashtanga yoga, Pilates, and Yin yoga. With a passion for nurturing the mind, body, and soul, Rowena has been practising Ashtanga yoga for 20 years and was the first and, until recently, the only Authorised Ashtanga Yoga teacher in Scotland.
In addition to yoga classes, The Wee Yoga Room offers a range of therapeutic treatments at The Wee Treatment Room, including Thai massage, therapeutic massage, reiki, deep tissue massage, hot stones, Indian head massage, pregnancy massage, aromatherapy, and reflexology. Prior to establishing The Wee Yoga Room, Rowena successfully built and operated The Edinburgh Yoga Room, a renowned Ashtanga yoga facility in central Edinburgh.
