Welcome to The Yin Side, a boutique yoga studio and Reiki therapist located in the beautiful Bay of Islands, specifically in Haruru, New Zealand. Our studio is dedicated to providing a serene and welcoming space for individuals to slow down, recharge, and reconnect with their body.
At The Yin Side, we specialise in offering Yin Yoga classes, a practise that focuses on long, passive holds to target the deep connective tissues and promote flexibility and relaxation. Our experienced and certified instructors are dedicated to helping you find stillness, ease tension, and cultivate a sense of inner peace through the practise of Yin Yoga.
In addition to Yin Yoga, The Yin Side also offers Reiki sessions by a skilled and intuitive Reiki therapist. Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes balance and harmony within the body, mind, and spirit through the channelling of energy. Our therapist will work with you to release blocked energy, reduce stress, and support your overall well-being.
Located at 1B Causeway Road in Haruru, The Yin Side provides a tranquil and comfortable environment for your yoga and Reiki journey. Our studio space is thoughtfully designed to create a peaceful atmosphere, with soft lighting, soothing music, and a nurturing ambiance. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to the practise, our classes are suitable for all levels and are tailored to meet your individual needs.
Please note that The Yin Side is currently closed for the summer holidays and will resume classes on 22nd January.
