Who are your yoga practices for?

Our Yoga for Trauma is for people who have been repeatedly exposed to inter-relational abuse and/or neglect. We offer practices that include work relevant to Complex PTSD and Developmental Trauma.

Do you offer training and education beyond workshops?

We offer workshops on yoga, neuroscience and trauma. We also provide presentations and lectures.
