After recognising the negative effects of a stressful lifestyle, Kate embarked on a journey of healing and self-discovery which led her to become a teacher of yoga and meditation. Her unique style blends Hatha and Yin yoga with elements of Iyengar, focusing on alignment and mindfulness.

In addition to her yoga training, Kate is also qualified in Yoga and Ayurvedic wellness counselling, Thai Yogic Massage, and Deep Tissue Massage. She has worked alongside energy healing expert Lynn Cutler and has trained with renowned teachers such as Sivananda Yoga, Durga Leela, Shy Sayar, and Tantravaya.

The Yoga Connect offers a range of classes to suit different preferences and goals. Hatha Yoga classes provide a slow-paced and meditative approach, allowing students to deepen their practise and cultivate inner peace.
