At Third Ridge, we have both lead and bouldering rooms, offering a variety of routes that cater to climbers of all levels. Our routes range from a few metres high to 10 metres, ensuring there's something for everyone. With regular setting of new routes, there's always fresh problems to unlock and challenges to overcome.
Located in Portree on the Isle of Skye, our custom plywood climbing wall stands as a colourful and friendly retreat on those dreich (Scottish slang for dreary) days. It provides the perfect opportunity to keep yourself active and engaged when you can't venture outdoors. It's also a fantastic way to spend quality time with your family and friends, trying something new and exciting together.
For those in need of extra fitness options, we work in partnership with Skye Gym, which offers indoor workout machines and classes. So you can always supplement your climbing sessions with a well-rounded fitness routine.
If you're interested in becoming a member, we offer a membership option for just 35 per month, granting you unlimited access to the climbing facilities with no additional fees for open sessions. Our aim is to make climbing accessible and affordable for everyone who wants to get involved.
Located next to Skye Gym in the Portree Industrial Estate, Third Ridge is conveniently situated for both locals and visitors alike. We also have a small shop on-site stocking climbing essentials, ensuring you have everything you require for your climbing adventures.
