Just a quick heads up from our organiser, Sam. Tigers ABC Leeds is your go-to boxing gym right here in Leeds. They run a bunch of classes suitable for all ages and skill levels, from juniors to seniors.
For the young boxers aged 10-16, classes are on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5-6 PM. It’s a safe space where they can learn the basics, get stronger, and pick up some good habits.
For the older crowd, aged 16 and up, classes start a bit later at 6:15 PM and wrap up at 7:15 PM on the same days. You’ll be trained by some top-notch trainers who know their stuff, helping you hone your skills, boost stamina, and stay fit.
