Tina is excited to share some news about her fantastic dance school, Tina's Dance Studios, located right here in Wigan. Tina has worked tirelessly to create a welcoming environment for children of all ages and abilities, where each student can grow and develop their love for dance.
Tina's Dance Studios offers a variety of classes, including ballet, tap, and modern dance. The Saturday classes are particularly loved, with sessions for different age groups starting from as young as 2 years old. Parents of older children are encouraged to email their child's date of birth to ensure they're placed in the right group.
The curriculum is thoughtfully crafted to support different stages of dance development. Beginners start with the basics of ballet, tap, and modern dance, focusing on posture, positions, and musicality. As children progress, they continue to explore these dance styles while also learning more advanced techniques.
For junior dancers, the opportunity to explore dance styles from around the world helps broaden their skills and musicality. At the senior level, students can choose from a wide range of lessons, including pointe work, acrobatic arts, contemporary, and choreography. Some students take the full range of classes, while others prefer weekend lessons.
Achieving the rank of prefect at Tina's Dance Studios is a significant milestone, requiring years of dedication and hard work. The facilities at Tina's Dance Studios include three studios, changing rooms, an office, a dancewear shop, a sewing room, and storage for scenery. The building also has its own car park and is located within a school safety driving zone, making it convenient for everyone.
