Meet Matt, the driving force behind Titan Training. He's excited to offer the community three structured packages designed to meet a variety of fitness levels:
- Beginners: 12 sessions for $1300 HST
- Intermediate: 8 sessions for $950 HST
- Advanced: 8 sessions for $1150 HST
Each package includes an initial physical assessment. There is also an optional 12-week nutrition transformation program available for $100 HST.
With each session at Titan Training, you'll be taking concrete steps toward your fitness goals. Matt focuses on building strength, explosive power, and fluid mobility. Whether you're just starting out, trying to push your limits, or aiming to peak as an advanced athlete, Matt has a program tailored for you.
