Classes Toro Fight and Fitness offers a variety of classes to cater to individuals of all skill levels and ages. Beginners are welcomed and guided through the basic techniques of Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing, and MMA in a safe and supportive environment. Intermediate and advanced classes are also available for those looking to take their skills to the next level.
Young Bulls classes are specifically designed for children between the ages of 7 and 12, focusing on developing discipline, respect, and self-confidence. Teens aged 13 to 17 can join the dedicated Teens class, where they can learn self-defence skills and improve their fitness.

About the Gym's History Toro Fight and Fitness has a rich history in the martial arts community. Established in 1993 by former 2-time World Kickboxing Champion Rob Murdoch Jnr, the gym has trained numerous champions in Muay Thai and Kickboxing. In 2018, Mat Cashmore, a 4-time World Muay Thai Champion, took over the gym and rebranded it as Toro Fight and Fitness. With his extensive experience and expertise, Mat continues to uphold the gym's tradition of excellence in martial arts training.
