Total Power Team

Total Power Team is a martial arts club located in Twickenham, Auckland. With a strong emphasis on discipline, fitness, and self-defence, Total Power Team offers a range of kickboxing classes for all ages and levels of experience.

Led by our highly skilled and experienced head instructor, George Youssef, Total Power Team provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals to develop their martial arts skills. George brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each class, ensuring that students receive top-quality training and instruction.

Our classes are held at the Whitton Community Centre on Percy Road in Whitton. We offer a variety of classes throughout the week, catering to different age groups and skill levels. On Wednesdays, we have classes for kids aged 4-6 at 4pm, juniors aged 7-10 at 5pm, teenagers aged 11-17 at 6pm, and adults at 7pm. On Thursdays, we have classes for kids aged 4-7 at 4pm, juniors aged 7-10 at 5pm, teenagers aged 11-17 at 6pm, and adults at 7pm.

At Total Power Team, we believe that martial arts training not only improves physical fitness but also builds confidence, discipline, and a sense of achievement. Our classes are designed to provide a whole body workout, combining cardiovascular exercise with skill development and practise.
