Karate and Fitness, founded by four seasoned instructors in Norwich in 2014, offers premier Shotokan Karate training to enthusiasts of all ages and abilities. As the only club in Norfolk affiliated with the English Karate Federation, it provides a pathway to top-tier international competitions recognised by the World Karate Federation and the International Olympic Committee.
TKF, as described by its founders, runs classes across Norfolk and north Suffolk, tailoring sessions to suit different age groups and skill levels. Their Little Ninjas programme introduces children aged 4-6 to martial arts in a secure and enjoyable setting. Junior classes, for ages 6-14, focus on building confidence, fitness, coordination, and self-defence skills.
