Triathlon Classes | Swimming in London

Triathlon Classes, led by the enthusiastic organizer Alex, is your go-to swimming club in London for boosting athletic performance and keeping fit. Located at the Park Road Pools Centre in Crouch End, Alex's club caters to sports players of all levels, offering a range of classes and personal training sessions.

Alex knows athletes want results, so Triathlon Classes focuses on personalised training to meet individual goals. Whether it’s upping your fitness game, shedding some pounds, or building muscle, there's something here for everyone. Core strength and cardiovascular endurance are major playmakers in their programmes too.

A standout at the club is the Master Class Swim, perfect for those looking to fine-tune their swimming skills. The session is all about enhancing endurance and speed, and participants are encouraged to bring their gear – think flippers, hand paddles, and kickboards.

Alex's team of friendly, qualified coaches are there every step of the way, pushing athletes to exceed their limits and sharing success stories with the community. Training happens on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, fitting seamlessly into a busy schedule.

Membership is flexible: pay £12 per session, grab a package of 4 sessions for £40, or go for the all-month package at £70. Payments are due at the start of each month, with extra sessions available for £12 each.

Triathlon Classes also offers personal training sessions in person (available in Reading, Berkshire) and online via Zoom. These sessions are designed to boost core strength, cardiovascular endurance, swimming speed, muscle hypertrophy, and VO2 Max for cycling and running.
