True Grit Performance offers personal training, small group training programs, and online coaching for women and others in Beachburg and the Ottawa Valley/Renfrew County area. The focus is on confidence in the gym, building strength, and developing resilience through education, encouragement, and a supportive approach. The training process includes a discovery step, an assessment and personalized plan, and ongoing support aimed at improving strength, mobility, and confidence inside and outside the gym.
